Chewits had some extremely popular and iconic TV adverts created in the 1980’s. Fast forward to today and Chewits wanted to re-purpose the imagery for merchandising and to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
Unfortunately the original production company, Aardman Animation, wanted £1million to allow the imagery to be re-purposed. Coupled with this was the dated and grainy imagery from the original adverts…..
